Rose Hybrid Tea

Hardy upright deciduous shrubs with roses borne mostly singly or in groups of 2 or 3 on long stems. Available in full range of colours (pictured above is 'Just Joey'). Best cut flower roses. 

Please note that our roses usually arrive bare-rooted in early winter and this is the best time to buy and plant them. 

Height: 1.5m. 

Width: 1m. 

Position: Roses perform best in full sun, in a rich, fertile soil.

Hardiness: Frost hardy, heat tolerant and will tolerate periods of dryness. 

Care: Remove spent flowers to encourage more buds to form. Cut bush back by one third in early July and apply lime sulphur to clean up any pests or diseases. Please come in and see us for advice on rose pruning techniques.
