One of the most popular native hedging and screening plants. An excellent choice for larger hedges and privacy screens. The Small-leaf Lilly Pilly has compact growth with bronze new growth ageing to mid green, and small fluffy white flowers in spring and summer.
Height: up to 5m but usually pruned to between 1 and 3m.
Width: 1-3m depending on pruning
Position: full sun to part shade
Flowers: small white polystamenous flowers followed by pink edible berries.
Growth rate: Fast.
Hardiness: Hardy to most soil types, tolerant of light frosts. Drought-tolerant once established.
