So if you find that a plant that you purchased is not performing as expected or has not survived, we will replace your plant or refund the full amount.
Just return the plant along with a valid receipt and we will endeavour to help you determine the reason the plant did not succeed and thus hopefully prevent furthur problems in the garden.
